can anyone tell me what type of stem this is as there is no top >:( also the bars are marked gt but not sure what type they are cheers

Stem deffo looks like an early Tuf Neck or Pro Neck, the bars look like mid school GT bars, early 90's  :daumenhoch:

Looking at the wedge I'd say it's deffo a Tuf Neck stem ... I'll keep my eyes open for a cap for ya Phil  :daumenhoch:

DCBMX sometimes has Tuff/Pro Neck Cap on ebay  ???

Those bars are from around 1999. They came stock on the '99 GT Pro series, with stiletto forks. :daumenhoch:
