Seized in bolt removal

Hi,

does anyone have any tips for getting a rusted allen bolt out? I have tried and tried but it is seized/rusted in good

soak it in diesel for a coupld of days, then using a centre punch whack it with a hammer and then try undoing it normally  :daumenhoch:

soak in deisel works great , if its the center of the head worn out i tap a torqs or spline bit in nice n tight then undo it

have you tried using a pair of bars over the allen key to get more leverage?

use a bit of difficulty. i allways hear how they are removed with some difficulty.
