Shrewsbury Jam 198x/199x ?
« on: August 19, 2007, 02:42 PM »
Hi all, got myself a Mirraco cruiser last week - quite nice.

Anyone remember a jam at Shrewsbury way back late 80's early 90's ?
Zak was there, and Ross Marshall.
anyhow, I was in the van from Nottingham and would be interested if anyone has any memories, photos or stuff.

cheers

remember it well, as I drove there!!! banned from the hickey ho down at crazy Erics place due to climbing on the roof of the tent, blunt on the frame of the bike, canal jumping, drunk girls carving Erics halfpipe, too many people in the minibus.....being very tired and very lost..........laughing very very much.............god bless Nottingham :daumenhoch:

I saw you at Storm a few years ago too, we got any good concrete parks round and about?

you're absolutely right :)
I figure that as we ought to do SOME excercise that doing what you know and love has to be good for you.
So its jumping bikes for me, though you cant beat a nice smooth skatepark hip session !!
Must remember to stretch a bit beforehand though  :uglystupid2:

The local kids have gone absolutely mad for digging dirt jumps, I'm enjoying riding all our old spots as well as having some new trails to ponder.

Anyone heard of the BP trails - they are just down the road from me, gonna check 'em out this weekend now that my pup is old enough to go out :)

Poor Pup!!! thats a long way to drage her behind yer bike.

BP Trails are run by Loughborough Trolls who live under plastic sheets and jump out when Sheppy folks dare to tread.

my knee hurts
