would you rather use a frame with seat stay or chain stay brake lugs?

is there actually any advantage of chainstay brake lugs over seat stay brake lugs?

becouse in my view seat stay brakeslook a lot better, are easier to work on and you can run micro gearing no problem.

It's all about the micro gearing. No other reason really. Both work equally well.  ;)
