gears are a personal thing i usually ride 44-16 but i just got a 41 profile so im going to try 41-13 ?

yes but you get fast gates and slow gates, long tracks,short tracks,etc etc etc the gearing you use dependes on the track  :crazy2:

This is true i only really go to iford but not to race as dont get time 'just for fun i might leave it 41-16 as will be easyer to ride around allso iford has bigger jumps now i might need a lower gear just to get over them  :2funny:

Flaz is the one to see about gearing, he raced with a 39 17 set up at Braintree, he loved it, said it was the best cardio workout ever  :2funny:
