You got to love a wheelie...

I can still wheelie for the length of a road, turn around, go around corners etc and keep the front wheel up till I get bored. I think once mastered, never forgotten. I can still also do one handers, but chicken out after a couple of seconds doing no handed now though - must be my age and knowing that it hurts when you wipe out.

I'm deffinatley up for a wheelie contest on me Burner.  I got a seat and post about a year and a half ago from the bay and was told that it's a Strong post (it's not bent yet).

Uni-cycles are pretty easy too, I learnt by a using a set of forks with wheel, stem and bars from an old burner and a unicycle (all painted the same colour). You get your balance that way as it is something to hold on, but also look good as you can tricks.

I used to be pretty good at wheelies. We used to have a cycle path near my house that ran along a dissused railway line, so it was pretty flat. I once wheelied about 7 miles along there. My forearms were like Popeye's by the time I got to the end 

Damon, I know what you mean about those weird ramp riding dreams. I often have dreams where I'm getting huge air, but keep pulling out too much and land front wheel first on the flat bottom. Scarey

i learned to wheelie at 10yrs on a 20 inch normal raliegh with cowhorns    progressed quickly to a 26inch racer (piss easy) then on to the owd Grifters 

then BMX arrived  .... and wheelies got boring after a mile or so 

i can still wheelie my mountainbike quite a distance ..... and ive been known to wheelie a motorcycle a bit too ... Eh Rob
