Measuring chains
« on: November 17, 2006, 10:27 PM »
Can anyone advise me tonight how to measure a chain so I know if it's 1/8 or not PLEASE!!
I'm presuming it's just the inside size as it measures 1/8".
Cheers in advance.

I just use a chainwheel that I know is right, if the chain rides ok on it, then it should be ok, check it on the rear sprocket b4 mounting the chain...
