Vincent Ramps
« on: October 07, 2006, 12:13 AM »

As time goes by and new members join, many old school bikes start surfacing again.  We've all seen the old Haros, Skyways, GTs etc being dusted off and pictures being put on here for our enjoyment.

My question is, does anyone know what happened to any of the old Vincent Ramps?

Bernie Vincent made a hell of a lot of 1/4 pipes and trick ramps BITD.  A lot of teams usually had a couple which they lent out to their riders and they were a lot of private purchases too.

Okay, the ply may have worn and the frames rusted, but does anyone know if there are any still in existance?  I admit it is less likely to find an old Vincent 1/4 pipe stored in the garage or shed than an old Prolite CC but maybe someone somewhere.......

If one were to surface, what do you think the value of them would be?  If I remember rightly, the 1/4's cost £695 and the Trick Ramps cost £275 bitd.
