MAKING DX PEDALS BLACK

just bought some red victor dx gonna strip them but would like them to be black , i am hopeless at spraying, too impatient and i would like them to last , i know they need painting or powdering or something but whats best any handy tips ?

my tip to you is, get a car spray. do light coats, then for a harder wearing finish, use clear coat. don't try and get it all on in one go. Or you could get em powdered. ::)

what about the guy at the top of the list who does the powdering?

i painted a pair of dxs black at work with 2 pak has lasted really well,2 pac is alot harder than cellulose just make sure you use an etch primer first :daumenhoch:

Yip.   Fitted to my bike to ride - a couple or three times a week for the last 10 months or so. So far the only powder to come off is where the bike has hit the concrete and the pedals have sustained damage. There is no wear at all on the pins etc from regular use   :daumenhoch:

Recommended.    :)
