« on: September 25, 2006, 08:33 PM »
Hi ya fellas, well - after watching these pretty much all day i managed to fly a last minute bid in to secure these for.......................wait for it........................................£36 delivered.   :D

Still can't quite believe it to be honest as these seem quite rare (missed some last week).

Just need to keep on buying the bargains and i'll be riding with you dudes a.s.a.p.

Let me know what ya all think.

I know, im still quite shocked.

It should make my ride slightly different to the Tuff II posse. (Not that there's anything wrong with Tuff's, i love em)

Neither can i to be honest, wonder if anyone can help???

I'll be getting rid of those tyres and sticking some Panaracers on them.

TBH if the mags are as good as the Z-Rims then i'll be happy, but even so, for 36 brick im not going to complain :D

I am the hunter of bargains.

Other choice purchase i got was a set of Dia-Compe MX900's in black (calipers, cables and tech 4 levers) for £42 delivered. :D

Im still thinking a white Haro (master or Sport) to stick this lot on but im not 100%

I might give it a trial on an Aero then ive not spent an absolute fortune if i wreck it all.

I might be wrong (and i'm sure someone will correct me) but Z Mags only ever came in black and were made from around 85/86 ish?  They still actually make them i think??

As far as quality? i think they're as good as tuffs but just a little bit more flexy........on par with the Aero Zytecs i think?

Come on then......someone correct me   :knuppel2:    ;)

If that's what you want mate....then the best thing is to save and get what you really want.......if you want something cheap to ride on for now, then you can't beat £30 for a NOS complete frame and forks with the Reflex

I know your right......the best thing i reckon is to buy something cheap that won't make me cry if i wreck it.
