Is it Japan stamped on the back ?
I was going to say ?88, I remember some of the later Streetbeats having them on.

There are a few listings on eBay.com and the early 90's are date stamped. So probably later. I have always thought that a manufacturers packaging timeline reference section would be a great help to us all at times.
