Yes these are also Taiwan frames. Hyper switched all production to the east around late 95 early 96. Up until then they had been made by the same guys who were making S&M, which is why they had the same head tubes and bb shells as 92-95 Holmes and Dirt Bikes. Sadly it was at this point that the brand went downhill until early in the 2000's when it started getting its act together again. Not bad bikes by any means, but they simply didn't stack up against the competition during their early Taiwan years.
