I walked round shiners when they had a lot of stuff , with permission to buy anything. I bought a black bin bag full of bits , like mx1000s , seatclamps , bars tyres etc and a NOS quad and ripper
I could have bought anything and didn't , I didn't even think of doing it
more fool me

they had comps 3 in piles taller than me , rippers , quads hutch's , all stacked up in the boxes
and I thought I was doing well lol

Bloody hell Rich ... That's a scenario that most of us Radsters can only dream of!!! 
To be fair we've all done it ( maybe not on that scale though lol ) .. The things I passed on when at my first couple of MKs ... Shame ..Shame on me!

I can tell you a few that I didn't buy
at the first MK a guy turned up with a boxed NOS blue set of DX cranks , he wanted a fiver for them. no one bought them 

I was offered a NOS haro freestyler for 80 quid, I refused.

full bikes that would sell for 2k now for peanuts

I had 3 r gusset Raleigh pros , all sold for peanuts

I had offered to me a VDC long for 200 , a DB HL turbo for 150

I didn't buy shit loads of stuff over the last 17 years that I kick myself for
but hindsight is a wonderful thing

Yeah we could've done that with Shiners over the years but I guess we looked at things as we didn't need or want them and by not buying it all up it left some for others to buy.   

I passed up on a complete NOS ground master for £100

.......anyway -apart from all the things said 'n before- ......when you're desperately looking for those OS Cali decals even Juan can't provide, you'll be grateful that a certain someone may STILL be able to find a sheet from the heap & help you out .....makes you glad, a moment like that              just saying
