Shipping parts to California - anyone have any advice?

I'm looking for couriers, postage costs, etc for shipping from the UK (here in Glasgow) to San Jose, California. Any info would be greatly appreciated.  :)

Yes, that price is spot on. Think it was £83 last year to send my frame to Arizona. Takes about 5 days and clears customs on the plane to save time. Bear in mind that there maybe additional charges at the receivers end deoending on what you put on the customs form re: item description/value/gift/merchandise/damaged item being sent back for repair/exchange/refund etc  :daumenhoch:
