That'll be BMX Plus gone, then...
« on: September 17, 2015, 08:32 PM »
So after 37 years, they've finally stopped making BMX Plus mag.

BITD I rarely got hold of BMX Action, so I got Plus every month. It was never the greatest but had its own charm and ended up outlasting almost all the others. An inevitable end, I suppose but sad none-the-less.

Sad shame, I agree I had a soft spor for it as I couldn't get BMX Action either... Loved Radical Rick and all the American exotica that was always in its pages.  :(

Real shame, I got it every month but preferred BMX Action and then Freestylin', but still a great read. Treated myself to one when I was in NYC a few years ago, great moment of nostalgia!
When I was born, the world was a far simpler place.
It was all just cops and robbers.
And BMX.

I just hope Men Only doesn't go the same way. That would be a real shame!

Such a shame and it will be missed.  BMX Plus was definitely one of my fav magazines bitd, so much so I was fortunate enough to have a readers letter grace its pages :daumenhoch:

I was more into Action Bike and BMX Bi-Weekly, but recently found a Nov '84 BMX Plus in my stash and it's a bloody good read!
