Looks stock as it came out of the shop (Toys R us)

Really low end pretend BMX.  Probably pretty heavy and has V brakes on the front forks. 

I'd ditch it and buy a proper BMX in all honesty

Yeah its very heavy I didn't buy it my 8yr old boys grandmother got it him it's second hand just wanted the specs for a new back break it's very stiff and doesn't work properly

Just use the one that's on there as it looks like it's the one that came on it.  Strip it and clean then put it back with new cables (lubed) and it should be fine.
