hey paul,

i live in lowton and try to get to newton le willows when i can on my new school bike.

i've been known to go to ince and ally park in wigan  and also cadishead and irlam too, all great parks!!  i wouldnt call it a regular ride as work and family take up most of my time , it frustrates me that i dont ride as much i want to so i never seem to see much of an improvement.

PM me when you are free and if our free times match maybe we can meet up somewhere if the weather is good , or maybe drive to The Arc or Beastrampz or Ramp1 ?

i am old , unfit and shit so dont laugh too much  :loser:

cheers ,

Dave

Cheers Dave. I can still do all the early old school tricks but I hardly get out one the bikes, and want to learn some more stuff and only been three ramp nights since I got back into bikes. I could usually get out for a few hours of a weekend, I work 6-2 Monday to Friday. Asked on Facebook if anyone fancied Lilford woods or Victoria Park in Warrington Sunday.

Paul you need to find a local skatepark and take a brush & shovel early one morning at the weekend before the yoot get there mate :daumenhoch:

Then post up on here and that facefook malarkey that you're going the next week and see if any others tag along :coolsmiley: you only need one other person and you're away.

I rode at Terminal One last weekend and literally blew the dust off my bike from MK but the following morning me and my mate went down to the local skatepark with our kids to meet a load of other dads and kids there. Some of us on bikes, some of us on boards and some of the kids on scooters.  We had the palce to ourselves for a couple of hours and the kids loved it as much as we did :4_17_5:

You've just got to ride brother - it's in your blood and you're a good rider so go find some council concrete and enjoy it as we're not getting any younger :2funny:

yup,  placcy bottles and the little placcy top thingies,  lethal if you hit one with front wheel if you're carving or landing , brush is good for clearing out the mattress remains the scooter rats were backfliping onto then set fire to later on    :daumenhoch:

Dave

We are now going to Bruntwood bmx track tomorrow, around 11am to 11.30 . The jumps are a bit basic at Lilford woods but could be improved with a bit of work, don't want to try anything too big or scary!!

Mark had to pull out with sore hip so we are going to rearrange and go on another morning in a couple of weeks.

Have you ever been to Victoria park at Warrington?

I should be free most Sunday mornings in October for a few hours
