ok found the calipers to measure the hubs etc,ok when i calculate for the size of spokes it says 197mm for 3x and 4x is 186 this is on the large flange suzue hub,how can i go about using 194mm spokes?

If the hubs are Suzue small flange size then 194mm with a 4 cross lace , if they are large flange 184mm ( 3 cross lace ) or 192mm with a 4 cross lace  :daumenhoch:

I will double check later but ideally like Jongoose ^ says above we need to know what hubs they are  ;)

don't think so, they look large, high flange to me

think the required small flange would be about 50mm edge to edge?   ..at least that's what boba's SR hub measured (in the link i posted).

LOL :crazy2: ive fooking gave up on it when i go to do the 4x the spokes to short lol yet i laced the back rim on small hub no problem but this is doing my fookin head in,will give it another blast after work tomorrow,if the spokes are to long and they poke through the nipples i'll just grind them off  :daumenhoch:

That's what I did with some Zeds, some of the spokes were too long so I ground them off with the Dremel....
