From a personal POV, and what I lusted after BITD:

Haro Master
Haro Sport
GT Performer
Hutch Trickstar
Curtis
TA with all the bolt ons

Never really lusted after a DP because they were pretty low end (covers from onslaught...)  :D

You HAVE to have a Performer in there. WIth the world tours of 85 and 86 they brought freestyle to the masses.

The Flying Banana - Iconic FACT! :LolLolLolLol:

Agreed.  :daumenhoch:

Double agreed  :daumenhoch:

TA's and Rippers were race bikes used for freestyle end of  :yahoo_silent:

I've added a poll for you, is there anything that needs to go in the list before people vote?

By the way you have 6 votes not just 1  :daumenhoch:

The most iconic for me will always be the Gen 1 Haro, and the reason is simple. I saw Bob perform at the NEC on his first tour  :4_17_5:  best roll backs on the planet too.

Deffo Fiola on his Flying Banana. Tbh it's the only freestyle bike i clearly remember from bitd. Very much into race bikes then ... and now.  :daumenhoch:

Not the most iconic by a long way but without the likes of Stompin Stu and his Goose pushing the boundaries freestyle would be very different. Loads of the guys back then took inspiration from the skaters and even custom BMX/skate tracks were made.  :4_17_5:

Nothing to do with the topic but I thought I'd share anyway  :LolLolLolLol:

Stu in 77

Mark Pippin 77 at the Van Nuys track
