From frame in a box to a JMC Long Standard
« on: June 14, 2014, 09:54 AM »
Hi mates - long time since I used this section of the forum but Spartacus is still alive.
Reason of absence : I was very busy restoring this 1987 dirtbike.  :crazy2:

Sorry if I left your pm unanswered- feel free to send me a reminder for those who contacted me.

 :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch:

Any way here I go : This arrived all boxed up on my frontsteps one month ago. Was a CL score.

Here it is out of the box - 1984 JMC Long Standard with original decals.

After cleaning the chrome

Fitting the parts - yes "FAB bars" but they have been cut by previous owner.

I made 2 extensions in aluminium to have them 27,5 inch again.  :)

............... kept the original decals....... and then ...............
