the stamp is it NL or HL this should give it away  think its dated aswell as 2005 but I may b wrong . Its quite thick tube aswell

I had this stamp on a set of bars.  I guessed the same, but never looked into it.

As above I have a couple of sets of bars same stamp and had a sun tour power style stem with same stamp looked into it and some said it was a Taiwan manufacturer and some said it was the later hsin lung mark I'm not sure myself but it makes sense

Ive had seat posts with that stamp on in the past. Never heard of hsin lung!?!? Are they any good? No idea if I still have mine!

I think they are good. Have had a few sets of bars and liked them. They made them bars which look identical to LaserBars.
