A bloke who lives near me has one with the same frame as that, his is stickered up old style haro freestyler and painted white with white skyways and all white parts. Im sure he thought his was 88 or 89.

...hm. Did you try out beneath the downtube close to the bb? ...the inside of the drop-outs?

If nowt, maybe the frame has been refinished ...i.e the serial covered
