Looking for a special UK BMX-Magazine
« on: January 12, 2014, 05:46 PM »
I´m looking for a special issue of a UK BMX-magazine from the early to mid 80ies - and especially the interview with a bmx rider/racer (sorry, can't remember the name) who is doing a bunny hop over a bench with the headline next to it."I can do it!"

What I know is, that he was riding a Kuwahara and the Bunnyhops were close to a hang up on the upper edge of the bench ( the rear wheel is pretty "squeezed", because he touches the bench a bit…

I hope somebody will remember this article from my description and I would like to know what magazine + year/month it was and would really appreciated it, if I could get a scan from this article - or a hint were I can download this issue.

Thanks a lot

L.

LOL I remember everyone hitting up our local park trying to bunny hop the benches there after this issue came out!  I think I must have bailed and face planted a hundred times before managing to clear one!

Does anyone know what happened to him in the end?  Don't remember the name past this article appearing.
