They are believed to be Team issue only fork.

I nearly bought this frame set but we couldn't agree on a shipping price to the UK as he wanted far too much

I know what you mean but I didn't think that you could get solid drop out TA forks pre 2008, as all the reissues had solid fork drop outs, never see any genuine 80 s items with solid drop outs even on team bikes in all the old school mags etc.
