evening all

Got chating to a mate and turns out he has a 90s ripper (any info appriated) that was outside for a spell, told him i would give it a once over.

im gonna ditch the tyres and the grips but clean and polish the rest, my question is..

what to coke and foil?????

what to oxy bath???

and what to polish in autosol??

oxalic bath for the steel/chrome bits and components, will leave the pitting but you can polish it once the rust is gone , peek on the ally bits,  once over to clean ,  more if you want em shiny  :daumenhoch:     nice set of tanwalls would suit  :daumenhoch:

Peek is much kinder than Autosol, not as abrasive  :daumenhoch:

thanks all, im gonna get started today.
plan is to put the bars, forks ,crank arms, and seatpost in oxy bath
give everything else a degrease,clean and polish
i have ordered some mushroom grips from alans and sort some tyres

and then my mate owes me a pint! :)
