Thieving scumbag rwrightway2009 AKA Ralph Merhi that lives in Victoria Melbourne Australia, won a frame and fork on two individual auctions, I shipped to him he said that the frame and forks were not as described so I said ok send me the items back then when I receive them I will issue you a refund, he point blanked refused and he demanded me to refund him them he will ship the items back.
To cut a long boring story very short PayPal refunded him after he provided them with a shipping receipt plus tracking number, I went to collect the box from parcell force yesterday and after paying £154.23 customs I open the box to find two rusty one piece crank sets and a red smashed up seat post

fooking thieving scum bag, and to rub salt into the wound he has left me negative feedback on two separate auctions calling me a crook, but it doesn't breach EBay polices so they are not prepared to remove it thanks EBay and PayPal for nothing.
The seller has no protection what so ever against scum like this.

You get piccies of the parcel and its contents? You could always try informing his local Popo etc - as even if you've not got piccies of unboxing, the weight discrepancies from the parcel of what you should have received and did receive might be enough?

Also sign up to Ozbmx and let them know/ask about how to proceed with getting your goods back etc - if you ask nicely enough they might keep an eye out to see if he resells etc - then you'll have more proof he's scammed you

Also looking at his eBay feedback left for others, seems like he's either been unlucky on several deals over the last month, or you're not the only one he's been pulling that scam on.....

I got lucky then because I sold him two different items and they both went through fine. Sorry to hear of your problems.

Yes I got pictures of the boxes contents, but lucky for me and not him I opened the box at the parcel force depot in front of eye witnesses as I smelt a rat ages ago and just knew he might try this plus the box was opened infront of a camera in there office for more evidence.
Local Police don't want to know as its not a serious enough crime and told be to get in touch with EBay to sort it.
Anyway I have reported it to PayPal and they told me to report it to the Internet fraud devision which gave me a crime number etc .

It just shows that if I was at home and signed for the parcel on my doorstep then opened it I would have been screwed, but that's how he planned it to unfold but unluckily for him it didn't go as planned.

This is half the reason the a lot of Yanks on Ebay.com and The Museum won't ship outside the US. Because they have been stung too many times by people saying the item hasn't arrived etc etc....

they are the one you have the contract with, for that amount of money i would take ebay to the small claims court
chances are they will just pay as they dont need the hassle
worth a try, cost u about £80 tho

I have spoken to PayPal and they have said leave it to them for now, but hey all they have done so far is aid and abet him in this fraud.
Yes I will let everybody know about this thieving scum bag on OZBMX and Museium, sending a box back with crap in it is the low of the low as you cannot get any lower besides breaking into a house or a shed and taking a bike the hobbie can do without turds like this.
This guy makes my blood boil as he has lied to customs, PayPal, EBay and me, i wish he lived in this country as he wouldn't be such a hard guy then hiding behind his keyboard
