My work here is done don't worry
I tried for £150 but only managed 75

Now I'm moving on to the roofer that took £400
Off me last week to fix the roof on one of my houses
And it's still leaking !!!
I asked him last week to do it again and he basically
Told me to F@ck off
Oh deer !! Poor chap is fooked now !!!

Yes I now think that it's time to cut him loose, and just leave Mr Merhi to his sad little life, Ralph , Raff what ever his name is today I actually feel quite sorry for him.

Rwrightway2009 has just won my god damn auction on ebay when it clearly stated UK only???

Ive told him that I dont post to Australia and his reply was "nah I want them pal, send me an invoice so I can pay".

What can I do about this? Im not taking the risk thats for defo.....so I guess itl be bad feedback for me? Sgould Icontact Ebay? Bit peed off at the moment

Contact Ebay - they have to understand your problem,which isn't just YOUR problem, but he is actually become a problem of the whole bmx community, as its peeps like him that make the US guys hesitant to send abroad.

Just my opinion, but i do see your dilemma. THat's the whole problem in the first place.
However:
Surely you can get an unjustified neg REMOVED ......? ....Where's the rules, lemme see...

Gav, why did you not block him on Ebay to stop him bidding on your items mate

Just contact Ebay and tell them you stipulated no overseas buyers and the buyer refuses to accept it. Let them sort it, that's what they take your money for

in addition to what Terry said:

"The following types of Feedback may be removed:" (->http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-removal.html#)
"A buyer didn't pay for an item and an unpaid item case is recorded against the buyer."

So if you refuse to accept his payment, he hasn't paid and therfore is not allowed to have a neg left at your ebay account.

EDIT: in case this doesn't hold because of the "..AND an unpaid tem case is recorded" the following should hold:
"Either member didn't meet the requirements to form a legally binding contract at the time the sale was completed or when Feedback was left."

Cheers guys, im just in mid conversation with him at the moment but hes adamant that he wants his stuff. I have opened a case but he hasnt responded as yet. I just want him to be fair and agree to the cancellation....doh!

Yep I know....i should have shoved him in my banned list ages ago, god knows why I didnt

Hes got no chance of me posting to him anyway so it looks as though ill just have to see if the next bidder responds to a second chance offer

Oh I will definitely be sending Ebay everything. He has threatened me with war after all....now to me that is a personal threat to my wellbeing or maybe an act of terrorism. Whichever way I look at it....he snapped first and list everything the great big spaz lol.
