Hi all, new to the site and gotta say it is awesome, very valuable resource for tips and advice. I have an Ammaco Frestyle f&f that I am building up, the chrome is fairly good so just going to polish and leave as is for now.

I have sourced a lot of original parts including an original power disc and ammaco stamped chainring. The ring was black with teeth left natural, but the black was quite badly scuffed, so I stripped it using Bendy's oven pride advice (very good). Do you reckon the black was paint or anno? May be a daft question but I want to redo it and want to get it right.

Also, the decals are not the usual black or blue etc, forks and headtube in white, I would like to keep them as they are original but would like some for the downtube to match, is del the man to ask?

Any advice greatly appreciated! For some reason I can't get pics up...
