Thought I'd strip the colour off the cages on my crupis,but when to get me Allen keys and noticed all the cages bolts are rounded any idea how I can get em out?

you could try and cut a slot across the top of them with a dremmel or junior hacksaw.

Good tip

It worked for me on some crupi's and a stubborn one on a set of XCII's . The suntour one was a bit trickier as the screw is ressesed .

once the slot is cut, put the allen key in and give it a sharp crack with a hammer to `break the seal' and hopefully make life easier with the screwdriver, make the screwdriver fit well too.
