YOUR SHINY HELMET !

With the Liverpool ride coming up i'm just wondering who wears a helmet when out riding ?

Weirdly i use a lid when i'm out mountaineer biking with the kids seat on the back so my little one will wear hers, but never use one when i'm bmx'ing 

what do you do, and will you be using one at Liverpool or on any other ride outs ?

I bought one last year as they won't let you ride without one at the Rhyl track. Mani had one at Brum that looked cool.

anyone who visits Liverpool should wear full riot gear ... unless they are a scouser     so you should be ok Sam

I worked with a lad from Bolton who thought a scouse accent sounded sexy    i said anyone  who says "de doo do don't de do" is NOT sexy.
