Really hate to do this but ive pretty much been given no choice.

Ill try and keep this short,

bought a PS3 from him, took a while to ship out, when recieved the power cable wasnt included, so had to wait weeks for him to eventually send that, after many emails i must add. about a month after purchase i was able to have a play on it, turns out it doesnt even work, has the 'red light of death' or whatever people call it on ebay 3. got in touch with balladof32 and he agreed to refund on return of item plus whatever it costs me to post back, which I thought was fair. Even though my game was stuck inside, I returned it at a cost of £15.30

After a week he finally said he'd recieved it, another week went by with many messages from me asking for the refund. few days after that I recieved refund of PS3 but not the £15.30 postage

its been 3 weeksish with messages sent every few days, none of which have been replied to.....

I know its only £15 but the principle is there, pay back whats agreed. would still like that cost back but if not, maybe this can just go to show this guys way of dealing with transactions, piss poor.

thanks mate, I hate doing call outs but I do feel I gave this guy long enough to at least explain himself, im just hoping theres a genuine reason for the recent lack of replies

Agree this seems like you got a bad deal but isn't this the sort of thing that actually belongs in the messers thread rather than all the shite of late $:-\$

I only put this here as I figured it'd get a better viewing and balladof32 might actually see this here, hopefully it can stay here for a few days then be moved to messers thread, I only ask as I dont think balladof32 would go searching in the messers thread after messing me about

& as someone else pointed out the messers thread is a mess at the mo

He should honour what's been agreed & I don't think he has given you a choice

he was also last active on this forum a day before I pulled this thread up, so definately got my many many emails, cant be long now til he reads this, anyone know this guy personally?

I wouldnt worry about going to his address over £15, its just the principle of being messed around

this faggot replied to my ebay message with me asking for the £15 agreed to be refunded. he said he would do it.......still no refund 5 days later and he has now blocked me from bidding/buying anything from his ebay account, and he is still active on here.

all I can do it warn you guys if this dick and would definately advise you not to trade with him.

Thats harsh dude. After seeing a few threads about this thick cnut over the last couple of years and his dodgy antics, I for one wouldn't buy anything from him, even if I was desperate for what he had.

sort of, after sending about 7 ebay messages threatening to buy one of his items in order to leave feedback he finally refunded £10, although the atucal agreed price was £15. Ive cut my losses and figure thats the best im going to get

please no one buy of this prick here or over on ebay, ebay user jedi-knight or something similar
