Changing to a rear coaster brake

Like the minimal look so don't really want cables running along the bike.

Can a normal rear hub or whatever it is be easily changed to a coaster hub? I have those rather naff 3 spoke plastic Mongoose wheels by the way

you can't change a normal hub to a coaster, if you dont want cables and caliper brakes you could just stick your shoe on the wheel like most of the young uns nowdays. or buy another wheel with a coaster.  ;)
