DYNO zone revamp. A bit of all school really. UPDATED
« on: January 29, 2013, 12:19 PM »
Just thought id share this with you all get a bit of feedback good or bad im thick skinned. Im really pleased how its come together and just wanted to build something that i liked the look of rather than correct really. So here we go, bought a 98 Dyno zone off the bay for £20 which looked like this

Bit of an ugly duckling really but i really like the frame shape and style and have seen a few stickered up as old school compes so thats what i thought i would do.
Heres the results. Going to Romford Friday so i'll see how she rides. Like i said just wanted to build a cool looking bike.

Bit of a spec,

1998 Dyno Zone F+F
Unknown 48 rims
Quando Hubs
Dyno Bars
Dyno Stem and Headset
AME GT Grips
Repop DC Levers
DC Cables
Repop MX1000's (Not really impressed with these)
GT Chainring
Original Crank
Odyssey triple traps
Repop DC Seat clamp
Old Dyno seat
Dyno Snakepost
KMC Chain
Primo 20x2.1 V Monsters
Cheers to del for the decals  :daumenhoch:

Hope you like.

Cheers Gav. I really like the look of it also the Mid School Dyno's are cheap as chips still. A good base for a retro looking project.

Tried some 1.75 whitewalls and i think they suit it better. Primo's were just a bit chunky looking i felt after keep looking at it.

I know yeah, ive been building other things and pratting around really lol.

Well I think ive pretty much got all I need for it now....just gotta get it powdered.

Ive got some Skyways for it and some nice ACS levers, mallet stem etc so it should look pretty cool.  All the bits are together in a box....sat next to another box full of bits for my 93 Vertigo that also needs powder lol.  Ill get there in the end  ;D
