Michelin Whitewalls
« on: January 13, 2013, 08:47 PM »
Hi all, I've put up a wanted post for a pair of the above, a bit of a long shot I guess. Do they exist anymore, or is it a futile search?
Any help much appreciated  :daumenhoch:

Hi I've got a set which came with my Curtis which I got back after 25 years!!

Unfortunately they had perished and weren't  really useable although I have kept them, I replaced them with a set of Michelin white walls off eBay. Obviously these aren't the same but were as close as I could find.

Cheers

Rich

As above, the Diabolo's are the "current" (pretty sure you can still get them).

The 80's one's looked like this

 8) Thanks chaps, it's the 80's type I'm after. I'm putting my old bike back together and we always used to run these so it would be nice if I could find a pair.
I'd almost forgotten what they looked like  :daumenhoch:
