It  the only thing wrong with it is the coaster part has been cut off,

Your probably right ( if you can see where it has been snapped off?) but apparantly some frames where made without the coaster tab as they where used for racing BITD

well this deffo had one as the weld is there with a slight piece of metal left, it is a good cut job and was treated after so maybe this still could be one?

i dont think he had any intention in selling it, i kept asking for pictures but he never replied,only the once saying he was unsure if he even wanted to sell
