Hi, I'm Ste...

I was at the Jam on Saturday night at Terminal1 but hadn't heard about the forum, so I've decided to join :). I'd never considered joining a Bmx forum before as I assumed they'd be brimming with kids arguing about 'style' and how light their bike is, so I'm kinda hoping I won't find that here :P

Anyways... I'm 32 and have been riding since I was about 15, I started out riding flatland but progressed to street and ramp after I got frustrated with trying to balance my way around the local car park lol. I still ride occasionally but have toned things down considerably, especially after breaking my neck in a car crash!

I've had many heroes and inspirations over the years, from DMC back in the 90's right through to people like Kevin Porter now. For me Bmx has got pretty crazy now so I tend to look more at the unique and quirky riders for inspiration, like Erik Elstran for example 8).

So, that's me... Please say hello! For those of you who were at Terminal1 on Saturday I was the guy riding the primer grey Bmx with a freecoaster :).

were you doing those ridiculous rollback sliders down the flat bank ... they were sick  :)
