Just unbolt  the 2 bits that unbolt , swap them over and refit them upside down   :daumenhoch:

Yes it's riveted. You need to grind that one of, buy a front quick release from pork chop and have it pressed on. You'll need to change the adjuster for a front too.. If you want to do it properly that is

leave the quick release on and stick a normal adjuster through it, then just stick a pinch bolt where the top adjuster was.
