Built today - Aero Reflex
« on: July 08, 2006, 03:11 PM »
I just got this back from the powder coaters today, I think it looks much better in white, the stickers suit it more dont you think? I'm quite impressed with the reflex and for the money they're a steal. This is the second old school bike I've built now and i'm addicted I'm not sure how the other half is going to react seeing a new bike when she gets home!
Anyway nothing special with this build, pretty much el cheapo NOS stuff, but this will be a rider so I expect to trash it. I have a chain but need to borrow my mates chain link tool first.
Also if anyone has any red DX/SX pedals or copies and a red seat clamp NOS let me know.

Any comment welcome. :)

cool
buy yourself a chain link remover. i struggled for years with a hammer and nail/screw/punch before i bought one. it really makes chain work a lot easier with the right tool

cool bike man. if its gonna be a rider it would be good to get a more comfy seat(odyssey 99er's are the shit) and route the front cable through the clamp bolt. the bars ussually only go 180 with that setup. still a gnarly build mack.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

thanks
