That'll be the freewheel, not the axle
ebay, type in 16t freewheel and you can pick up a Dicta one for about £6 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Dicta-Single-Speed-Freewheel-16-17-18T-Chrome-Black-Bronze-3-32-1-8-/270933565644?pt=UK_sportsleisure_cycling_bikeparts_SR&var=&hash=item84ba855b70or even better give Dave a call at the radshop
