Personally I'd hang a winch off the ceiling to help with the lifting. Then I'd get my tool box on the side board, then have a small burner on the end of the table and a small pile of wood to chop up to keep me warm on those cold nights in my man cave.

That picture was taken at about 3:00pm at 6:00pm when she came home it looked the same ast it did at 8:00am when she left for work
