Is it just me or does it peev anyone else when they put USA only shipping.

I'd ship anywhere if they payed for it.

I think the Air Uni was only made for one year and then turned into the Ozone Method.

Great looking bikes and I really NEED one

That is NICE!never seen one before.most of the yanks will ship to uk if asked nicely!exactly what you said,what does it matter if the buyer is paying'maybe its a patriotic thing,they wanna keep the goods in the u.s!after all the only difference is saying 'hi ,id like to ship this to kentucky' or 'hi,id like to ship this to the uk!' :idiot2:

The company started out as Air Uni. It became Ozone in 1987. The models they had were all the same geometry and size and the only difference were, one is made of cromoly tubing (Method 1), and the other is steel (method air). The company was based out of San Jose, California and ran by a guy named Alan Brown, who didn't know anything about BMX. The Company was going to make a Pete Brandt, Eric Emmerson and Craig Grasso Pro model frameset but they decided to become a clothing company instead.  :crazy2:  :2gunsfiring_v1:

Nope  :)  Many have been stung by people in the UK stating that it has never arrived and seek a full refund and get to keep the goods. Thats why they state that. If you have good feedback on BMXmuseum, they generally will ship to you in the UK.

Cheers ;) didnt think it was as Im always interested in Uni stuff but never heard of them making a frame set. Just looked like it couldve been though as the font that UNI was written in was so similar.

I never worry about the US shipping only, if I want something then I message the seller, introduce myself and ask politely if they will consider shipping overseas.

I have never had anyone refuse yet, I even bought my 'holy grail' recently on BMX Museum and they stated all over the auction that they do not ship overseas, but a quick message and they agreed to sell it to me and send it to the UK.

What I do then is pay immediately and say to them not to go out of their way to rush it in the mail as I am happy to wait.  Once they have sent the parcel I do not contact them again until the frame has arrived.  There is nothing worse than bugging somebody constantly.

Im the same. If I see something on the museum I message them with an offer, which includes shipping to the UK. In your case I would email and offer him $430 all up and see what he says, most people accept as its the messing around getting quotes that puts most people off. :)
