One little tip for you - once you've got a real hammer and a metal punch of some sort (it needs to be solid and long, a seatpost isn't going to do it...) and you've got the bike lying down and nicely supported, then give the cup a whack at 12 o'clock - imagine a clock face - then 6 o'clock, then 9 o'clock, then 3 o'clock.

Repeat this pattern and things will start to move nicely without damaging owt. Once the cups are fully on the move you can just hit in two spots instead of four. Opposing spots, obviously.

For the future, treat yourself to a good quality long punch. You'll be amazed how much you end up using it.
