Are mini Skyway EZ bars smaller geometry, or just cut down ends?

Just wondering if a normal set can be cut down to suit a 16" mini build, or is this a waste of a good full set of bars? Will the geometry look all wrong?

Thanks in advance...

About an inch smaller rise I think, think they're about 26" wide as well.

I used full size bars in the end. I've posted a new thread with some preview pics :D
