whats the difference between torkers with round gussets and the oval shaped gussets?

seen one on the bay, seems cheap, twin top tubes, with a round gusset, like a goose

just would like to know what it is if poss??

i think the one's with the round and oval gusset are the early frames

i used to love that stuff head to toe

cords ,jeans,polo,s,sweatshirts,lambswool jumpers

there shops used to take a hiding :angel:

both bob haro and eddie fiola rode oval/round gusset Torkers in the early days of Haro ,

b4 bob got a deal to fabricate the GEN 1,s

r u gonna do a REAL haro freestyler ,with Torker decals

that will get rombloke in a fizz :LolLolLolLol:

id been wearing the gear and collecting it again since 2001
and then the film THE BUSINESS came out .
i could have dressed the whole lot Frankie Sammy Charlie etc

i sold a lot of the gear that didnt fit no more @ camden MKT or on the bay £££££,ssss
and bought back the same items in my size now uk40/42 £££££,ssss
i dont know if u recall but my 1st post in feb was for a full fila BJ tracksuit i was selling
same as what BJORN BORG wore at Wimbledon bitd

it was hard :'( for me to part with some of me casual gear i had from bitd (good and bad memories)
but i still wanted to be able to wear it and spin people out (ask justin @ second time around Camden MKT :angel: :LolLolLolLol:another one looking for the T.A.R.D.I.S :2funny:

im still looking for a replacement LUTHA skijacket can anyone HELP me ::)

I do remember your first post, you wanted to swap the Fila tracky for a PK - Glad you got the Ripper in the end  ;)

Now Luhta ski gear was the nuts, I had a red ski jacket that only had a zip halfway down so you had to pull it over your head, I used to love that jacket!

I reckon you've now got me into something else to spend me cash on and hide from the missus.

Round gussets ran from 78-82 i think.. oval gussets were 83-84  . The Pro X and later 280 Air and 360s had the wedge gusset under the downtube  :daumenhoch:
