I have been enjoying my riding so much I decided to succumb to the lure of lightweight, modern engineering design and have gone over to the dark side.

A big thanks to our very own Gashead for sorting this fantastic deal

I have tweaked the components, and colourway - see, I is even spitting New School, now - courtesy of some very shrewd eBay dealings, but the original inspiration is Ollie Gashead's - all credit due!

So here is my 2010 Federal Steve Hamilton Signature Frame, finished raw, wearing:

* Sun Rhyno Lites laced to Seventies Hubs wearing Shadow Conspiracy "The Truth" rubber

* Macneil Conjoined Cranks wearing a Stereo Rewind Sprocket (25t) running on a United Mid BB
* Primo Josh Stricker Pedals
* Odyssey Aaron Ross Space Bar Grips
* Macneil Stump Pivotal Post
* Federal Slim SL Pivotal Seat
* Federal Slim Seatpost
* Dia Compe Dirt Harry Lever
* Alone Linear Cable
* Macneil Cable Strap
* Primo E-Brake (impending swap for a soon-to-be-rawed Fly Brake steal spotted by Pickle)
* Vocal Screech Pads

Edit - and a white chain on backwards, apparently!

The geometry is perfect for me, and the build is strong, light and whippy.

Big thanks to Nick for being such a genuine and fair bloke in his dealings.

Roll on The Boardroom / Ramp City / Terminal 1...... the Vanderoll to Cowboy Barspin is no more!

very nice, you'll not regret it i love both my S&M and KHE so much. I do favour the older S&M more thoguh, my riding came on leaps and bounds from riding new school

First outing for my New Schooler this weekend past at the Leicester Boardroom with the Usual Suspects, and I can honestly say I have never had so much confidence in a kid's bike!

Great photoshop skills Rich, how did you get the pic of you and your bike onto the back-drop of the Boardroom so convincingly

Had a go on this on saturday - it turns nice and looks pretty (for a N/S of course!) so you'll be droppinging into the big bowl at Terminal One in two weeks no problem buddy
