1975 Mongoose

Haven't put one up in a while...  :)

This one is a total survivor...I've had it apart to clean her up...but I finished all the work and built her up on July 4th.  This is my 100% original 1975 Mongoose.  The only part missing on her is the top tube decal.  Everything else has been on her since 1975...I was the 1st person to remove the wheels!!!

Here she is all cleaned up!

I'll add to this months stunning collection with this little chappy..  My 1979 Round Top Tube PK Ripper. Having spent hours and hours researching this it appears that this is 1 of only 2 in the UK and around 8 left worldwide. The RTT came about when at the time of production SE shared their factory with Race inc and in 79 SE ran out of floval tubing, so for a short time they used round tubing from the race inc bikes  for a limited run of around 700 frames (no one remembers the exact figure).

Being 100% freestyle, I have to go with that stunning Hutch of Adams even if I didn't like it  :LolLolLolLol:

But I have to say, the work gone into this, the efforts of all those involved in sourcing the exact parts to replicate Woody's bike and Adam's passion to get this right, makes this the clear winner IMHO.

Well done Adam and gorgeous ride  :smitten:  :smitten:  :smitten:

Top draw to all the other entrants, some stunning rides especially the CW :coolsmiley:
