good work - I've been trying to do some by hand before sending em away to be built up, might have a go with a sander once I get em back

i,ve got some red araya's that could do with the worn sides cleaned up like that  :daumenhoch:

   Yes it's very easy bud , i start with    p180 grit  then p240   then p400  on an air sander   then wet flat  with  a block using  800 then 1000   then 1500     then finish off with 2000 super fine  after all that i gently clamp in the vice using some cloths too ,     i then use g3 compond and a buffer and if you don't  rush the finish will be like a mirror  :smitten: :smitten:

 I probably got a bit carried away but the finished result is well worth the effort    :daumenhoch:
