Nope.... I wouldn't ride it for exactly the same reasons that I wouldn't ride a Big Ripper. It'll be interesting to see whether all this 'retro bmx cruiser' trend catches on,though.

as a cruiser i dont think it looks to bad, few mods here and there could look cool.................... looks like they brought this out cos of that knight company thats done the 24" performer frames

If the detailing was right, then it'd be cool. But the mid-90's rear drop-outs and the way the bend in the downtube isn't parallel with the top tube shows it's a bad and rushed design. The Knight Performer was spot on, so it's a shame GT only seem to have given their taiwanese suppliers a grainy picture to work from...
