Ok 1st up from Dec '08 was my 1st build since getting back into the scene, A NOS 1985 Aero Reflex bought for £62 inc p+p off the bay, loved this bike.

Next up still in Dec '08 ( I got carried away) is a 1984 DP Firebird Freestyler Ltd Edition GL Plus, frame number 0394, I bought the frame, forks, ladder bars (EZ's fitted in pic) and an SR stem for £60, made a bit of profit on this as you would imagine, but only as I needed emergency work done on my house.

Then last year I built a thrown together Burner with a jumble of parts I had left over, I had 2 Burner builds on the go but needed a quick rider as a pit bike on a stage rally.

Then Oct 2010 and I built a 1984 Night Burner Custom
So then some of you saw this at Chester, a 1984 Super Tuff Burner

Then last one to date is the 1984 Ammaco Mongoose Supergoose 3 (UK model)

And after a lot of cleaning and polishing and some new bits, have got it to this stage ready for Blackpool.

Performer updated with NOS Sharp grips and NOS griplocks courtesy of Gaz (pooly) and Pete (quad...), and a set of donuts off the bay.

Had a massive compliment off Brett on Saturday when he said that there was nothing on this bike that he would change...now that made my day, means my builds are getting better.

I love this bike, it's great to ride and if it wasn't for Dave (brummie) selling that at such a bargain price then it wouldn't have been possible for me to own a bike i'd dreamt of as a kid - so a massive thanks Dave, a beer coming your way on Sat. :daumenhoch:

Not really mate, not compared to what some people do, and these are over 5 years. Obviously a lot of those bikes are long gone, so the sale of those and the funds are used to pay for others. And I tend to use repop parts, unless I can afford to get the OG stuff at the time.

Cheers for the comment.  :daumenhoch:
