Hey guys I'm back for good now

But thought I'd throw up what I've been using for work over the last Year or so

I've just modded the frame to take mx1000's just need to get some matching levers

Do the rear calipers reach the rim? Looks like they're going to hit the tyre from the pics. $:-\$

The bike looks really nice though...

Would it be possible to remove a link from the chain and slide the wheel forward to get better allignment?

Yeah they do line up ok. I had to make an angled washer to the them to sit right. As you say I need to shorten the chain and bring the wheel in but f*kin typical I've just broke my chain splitter

so I will sort it at the weekend

Or get a really nice V brake.... John, it is a retro ripper so why not have a nice V-brake that works, like a Pauls components or a top end Shimano and besides, that repop caliper brake with those exposed v-bake lugs.....oh dear

nice that mate, i agree with the V brake comment......maybe look out for an old Avid Mag V brake, they're more a copper colour but would be cool

frickin hard to find now though $:-\$

Yeah I know v brakes would work better but I just like the OS look

and it's only used to wobble to and from work
